Jazmin served as the Attorney General at National Latina/o Law Student Association for 2012-2013 while completing her 3rd year of law school at the Northern Illinois University College of Law. While in her 3rd year at NIU, Jazmin also served as a Special Assistant to the Director of Admissions in the Office of Admissions & Financial Aid. She also interned at the Rock Island County State’s Attorney’s Office, where she assisted prosecutors with research and writing legal memorandums. Prior to attending law school, Jazmin held a managerial position with a used car dealership that specialized in special in-house financing. She is a two boys, lives in Davenport, Iowa, and is a graduate of University of Iowa with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Sociology.
